Graph subtitles

We are migrating from MRTG to cacti. In MRTG when clicking on a graph I get the daily, weekly ... graphs on an extra page. At this page I can put system information onto. Like

System: s-vga-1-301
Maintainer: 578830038483
Description: GigabitEthernet0/8 I&S Router
ifType: ethernetCsmacd (6)
ifName: Gi0/8
Max Speed: 125.0 MBytes/s

Is there a way to achieve this in cacti as well?

This will require a plugin. I'm not sure if sth like this is already there. To e honest, I did not yet install all 40-50 plugins yet ...
