Hi everybody...
I have a problem with the graphs, when I created the graphs, everithing is ok, the problem is later, i mean, after 2 weeks (aprox), the graphs sudenly no have information (NaN).
And when I check the log i can't see any error in it.
Any Ideas ???
I see this problem happening when a equipment in the network is restarted, this is normal?

What devices are these? It may be that the snmp index or port descriptions e.t.c. are changed after a reload and cacti needs to re-discover the interface table,bedto wrote:Hi everybody...

take the details of a verbose interface query and compare this with one after the problem happens?

The devices are routers, switches and firewalls. Thanks for the advice but the problem isn't the change of ports, in fact, the ports aren't change, the ports are the same.....
The problem is, when I turn off the device and then turn on (after a few minutes), I don't see data for the ports ethernet, but I see data for ping graphs. I don't understand that, Can you help me

The issue could be session state based. What happens if you attempt to gain a connection to one of the ports in question - does it then start to graph ?
Also, what happens if you reindex the host in question ?

as above and also may be worth advising:
What version of SNMP are you using? (v2/v3?)
What is your downed host detection set to - SNMP? ICMP Ping UDP Ping?
I assume the device is showing as up in Cacti device status?
Does the equipment ever start graphing interface statistics again - or only as mcutting says after a re-index of the interface table?
What manufactor of kit is it? Cisco? If so are you using snmp cutdown views? (that could restrict walking SNMP interface tables)
I'd be tempted to take a spare pc/laptop - install CactiEZ onto it, add a device to test and see if this causes the same symptons - at least you'd be able to see if this was related to your Cacti install or the devices themselves,
hope that helps - just a few ideas - I'd personally be tempted to setup a temp CactiEZ server and prove where the issue may lie first
