Graphs with NaN

Hi i'm a newbie with cacti, i have just installed on CentOS and everything appears OK from the configuration side, but my graphs are showing NAN.

The .rrd files are created over rra directory but with NAN values i have tried to run the rrdtool update line manually and i didn't receive any errors.

Can someone help me?
