Yes, I've run the snmp like the capture shows.
I did the command "snmpwalk -c public -v 1 <l'IP de la machine à superviser> <OID>"
It shows "No response from <la machine à superviser>" like the capture mentionned
What should I do, please? Thanks!

Ok, your second to last post made me wonder ...
You must install and configure an SNMP package on the target system to be able to run SNMP requests against it. Your localhost seems to be fine, but the remote target does not answer. Please see 1st link of my signature to learn how to install SNMP and how to configure.
Make sure, the snmpwalk for the remote target runs fine prior to checking cacti again

My target system is Windows, and i haven't installed anything. Should I do something for the target system? I use Nagios, munin, zabbix to supervise ce Windows, it works well, but only Cacti doesn't work. I've read the fisrt link, but haven't got a clue...
If there is some configurations to do in the target system 'Windows', what should I do, and how, please? Thanks a lot
