[Solved] Blank Page after installing Cacti (IIS)

I tried @home again today and for no apparent reason it works here as well and I haven't changed anything since yesterday (and yeah I allready rebooted the system yesterday).

For some reason there just was a strange delay

Well that doesn't make any sense why it started working... except for the possible reboot.

try changing $database_hostname = "localhost"; to $database_hostname = "127.0.0.1";

I have this identical issue, but haven't been able to resolve it as yet

edit: I got around the issue by installing via the Beta installer, but I have kept a VM snapshot from that point and would be interested to work through why it was not working.
