Cacti Graphs have Data Value but not Graphing

Good Day Everyone,

1.I had my local host memory graphing last night but it looks like values are still in the graph, however there is nothing in the graph this morning.

2.Also my Cisco graphs aren't getting a value , it gets the names of the interfaces, but doesn't poll the interface traffic. I get NAN as a value on the graph itself. I waited for a bit after seeing the NAN and the next morning I still have the same thing.

Is something wrong with my database?
