windows date and time have been changed 13/june/2008 by other user.
if i change back my system time to 13/june/2008 before(e.g. 21/may/2008), a poller process will not be work...
but i change system date and time to 13/june/2008 after(e.g. 14/june/2008) .a poller will working.
in this case, how can i change back my system date and time to normal and poller still work?

If RRDTool updated the files while the time was in the future, then your fairly stuck. RRDTool keeps track of the time that the files were updated and won't update data from the past as far as I know.
Depending on how much pain this causes the easiest thing to do is probably delete(or at least rename/move) all of your RRD files so cacti will create new ones.
Another option might be to dump the RRD files to xml, change the date stamps using a script and re-import them back to their native binary format. See the RRDTool docs for how to export/import.
