Sounds more like a Spine problem now.
Switch back to the cmd.php poller. Do you still get the same problems?
NS Client works on XP host but not 2003.

i changed it back to spine and increased the Maximum Concurrent Poller Processes to 10 and the The Maximum SNMP OID's Per SNMP Get Request to 25.
Now the devices are appearing as "UP". That is good although I still can't perform the data queries. Looking positive though as we may be narrowing it down and down.

Hi,
I had the same problem after moving the cacti database to a dedicated mysqldb box. I had the error message
Warning: Missing argument 9 for cacti_snmp_walk(), called in /var/www/html/plugins/tools/tools.php on line 120 and defined in /var/www/html/lib/snmp.php on line 225
For any snmp enabled device both windows and linux. For some reason snmptrapd had not started on boot after running command
> service snmptrapd start
All snmp queries worked, maybe related to your issue...
