Cacti 0.87b on windows 2003 and weathermap

I am using Windows 2003 box IIS6.0 and Cacti 0.87b.
I want to know wether the weathermap and ohter plugings can run in Windows 2003 box?

Pretty much all plugins (inc Weathermap) run on Windows 2003 and IIS.

There are a select few (not many) that work on Windows, but not properly. I am running lots if plugins on a Windows system, and also use Weathermap.
