Plugins Installation

I am with the following problem in istallation of plugins
I created the directory plugins
Copied the folders to plug into this folder
Added these plugins in vector within the file global.php
Why not satisfied?

You don't have to create a new plugin folder manually. Install the Plugin Architecture first!
