Installing cacti-0.8.7b in WinXP2

Dear Techies,

I am new to Cacti, but i have viewed its page and it looks very perfect. I want to install it in my winXP2 machine.
And i have gone thru' the Installation guide using http://docs.cacti.net/node/6 , but there i stucked up to find file cactid.conf.dist .
Pl. guide me for the same...
Awaiting for your replys....because i want to see my switches utilization thru it.

2) cactid/spine is not required for cacti to function.
