How to enable php SNMP support

How to enable phpSNMP support in my cacti. Even i enabled the check box from the settings link of cacti. Find the attached screen shots.

/etc/php.d/snmp.ini

I am unable to find the file /etc/php.d/snmp.ini

some thing i missed in my installation ?

I hope i missed when building the php, need to specify the path such as
-with-snmp=</var/net-snmp>
