Does it show a borken image or an empty one (no data)? Did you recently upgrade rrdtool?

I am having the same issue. I actually never had the chance to see a graph at all. I do not get graphs at all. It shows a broken image.

In most cases this is a result of a mis-configured /path/to/rrdtool. See Settings->Paths. And verify, that "Settings" shows the correct rrdtool version.

It show no data/graph for our existing graph and it show broken image if i create a new device. I attached the directory path setting, it seems to be alright.

The log you've posted is too small to make sense of it.
So I've advised to select the 2nd link of my signature to find a more elaborated debugging procedure that may help
