1) forget about the version string there, I always tend to forget to update that one ... ( sorry for that )

2) Can you see it or can't you see it ?
Did you try to enalbe the plugin via the PA 2.0 Plugin Management ? ( Confguration -> Plugin Management, then click on the Uninstalled tab )
can you check and make sure the directory <cacti_path>/plugins/nmid exists.

3) You don't need to create a database, it should create all the necessary entries itself.

1) Thanks for the information. I was very worried...

2)Sorry, I mean "I can not see NMID TAB"

There is another information:
Confguration -> Plugin Management -> Uninstalled Plugins

I have this:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare plugin_init_nmidciscoworks() (previously declared in /var/www/itusnoc/plugins/nmidGraphView/setup.php:17) in /var/www/itusnoc/plugins/nmidCiscoWorks/setup.php on line 24
Do I have to add/edit any file?

3) OK. No database for Nmid in needed.

I uploaded 0.3.8n

1) I updated the string now, it should say 0.3.8n

2) I fixed that in the 0.3.8n version, please install that one

Try installing it again, then check if the nmid tab shows up in the Settings section, or if the nmid menu entries show up in the console.

Phalek,

I decided to upgrade to PIA 2.2(beta) at the weekend. Since doing this (not sure if it is indeed related), I can no longer see the IP list on the left hand side of the window, and have an error on page:

Line: 225
Char: 23
Error: Syntax Error
Code: 0
URL: http://<cactiserver>/cacti/plugins/nmidphpip/display.php

Any ideas ?

Thanks

That's a java-script error, I need to look into this, maybe something changed with the realm/security stuff so the script can't retrieve the data for the tree and hence throws that error ...

Yes, it's installed and enabled, but still doesn't make any difference.

Ok next try. Could you go and delete the cookie that stores the TreeState (see picture below, cacti.urban-software.de is of course your site ...)

:-)

Then do me a favour and paste the html code here, that in that line ( should be some javascript stuff ...)

and try the following url: http://<your-cacti-server>/plugins/nmidPhpip/get_data.php

it should print out some text data ...

Btw.: I just updated my site to 2.2beta, didn't produce any errors ...

ehm... well i didn't program phpIP, but if you like nmidPhpip and have some feature requests I can do that.

Anyway it doesn't really seem like phpIP has been much developed lately so I don't think there will be a lot new version coming along that way.
