We have a bunch of data sources (perl scripts) that do not use templates, that were working correctly in a Cacti 0.8.6g, that are not in 0.8.7b. When I run cmd.php manually on the id, only the data sources with associated templates appear to be run in the debugging output. I noticed also in the data sources console view, that the template-less sources have "external" for the polling interval; I do not know if this is related.
Has anyone else run into this? What information can I provide to help track down this problem?
Thanks!

Data Sources without Templates are not Polling

Here you go; screenshots from all relevant pages, and a debug capture of the cmd.php run on the "none" host that these data queries belong to.

Still not working
I've prepended the full path to our perl executable onto the data input methods and cleared the poller cache as you requested. It looks like those methods are still not being graphed. Attached is a screenshot of the updated method, and a log from cmd.php being run on the "None" host.
It looks like the actual perl scripts are working correctly; here is a sample output from the one in the screenshot:
alex@mon01:~
$ /opt/csw/bin/perl /var/www/cacti/scripts/IODA/catalog_stats.pl
