How display load und disk i/o from remote host

Good Morning all,
today i have a little question.

I have installed Cacti on an extra Server. With this i will display all my other servers with snmp.
I've take o look in the Graph an Data Templates but didnt find the right one.

I would like to display the load and disk i/o for the servers, not the local. How can i do this?
In SNMP only the eth0 device will be show.

Now i need so solution for Load Average

Load refers to CPU load? That's a built-in Graph Template

What does mean "built-in"
Is it available or must it create by myself?

If i must create by myself theres anywhere an How-To?

Go to New Graphs, Chose your target for load average, under Graph Templates chose "Unix - Load Average"
