Upgrading 0.8.6i to 0.8.6j

Hello.

I would know if it's possible to upgrade 0.8.6i to 0.8.6j, because there's no 0_8_6i_to_0_8_6j.php file in the install folder.

It is possible. The install file is not required because no database changes were included.
