no Plugin Tabs and no items in Console

Hello,

I tried to install several plugins. But only Thold and Monitor appear as a tab button. But for all installed plugins settings are available.

For example configmanager:
I copied the archive contents into plugins directory of cacti.
Importet the sql-file.

Then I see some settings for Configmanager but no item in the menu to manage the configs or compare them.

Same with superlinks.

Does somebody has an idea where to look?

That'S which version of cacti, PIA and plugins? Please be more precise as there are LOTS of different versions
