yay, debugging logging. Now do you see the difference between what you just posted and the stuff you previously had done?
Since cacti is properly collecting the data, that leaves the problem with something else. Probably NTFS permission rights. make sure the IUSR account and the account running the scheduled task has read/execute permissions on cmd.exe and rrdtool.exe.

In the case of "SPSSW01 - Traffic - 1:1" everything looks fine. You must wait at least 2 polling cycles for data to appear. Did you do that?
As for "SPSSW01 - SNMP Protocol Statistics" you need to increase the memory and timeout values in your php.ini file. Do you have a slow PC for cacti?
I honestly wouldn't both trying to get special graphs working (like the MIB related ones), until your core cacti installation is functional.

My computer specifications:

Are this specifications slow for cacti?
I waited 2 polling sessions (I run them manually) and the graphs are still in blank.

You'll get that Poller Interval error if you manually run the poller. It's fine for debugging, but NOT when you're in production.
The windows installation guide has instructions (near the end) on how to properly set up the scheduled task.

Jay I have data in my graphs. The error is the scheduled task. But I don´t now how to fix it. I have manually run the poller and I get some data in the graph .
How can I get started the scheduled task, I think if I gotted started my cacti will work finally fine.
