Not everything needs a special template...

The standard 64-bit counter Interface Traffic template works for me on my C3560Gs. Make sure you use SNMPv2c to get 64-bit counter support.
Weathermap 0.98a is out! & QuickTree 1.0. Superlinks is over there now (and built-in to Cacti 1.x).
Some Other Cacti tweaks, including strip-graphs, icons and snmp/netflow stuff.
(Let me know if you have UK DevOps or Network Ops opportunities, too!)

It's called SNMP - Interface Statistics. You don't have that??

You would need to create your device, fill in the details (make sure to set SNMP version to 2c or 3, make sure you configure the switch the same way), and then add it as an Associated Data Query right at the bottom of the device page.

Then Create Graphs For This Host, and you should have a list of all your switch ports. Select the ones you want to graph, and then pick the 'In/Out Bits (with 64-bit Counters)' graph template from just below the list of interfaces. Choose Create at the bottom of that screen. Done.

@ ALL

I have the same problem.

Here is what I did http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=26732

How do I set up step by step SNMP - Interface Statistics for a cisco switch?

thanx
