[SOLVED] Windows configuration question

I am reading the Windows installation guide, and I am in the section for configuring PHP:

There seems to be a problem with step #3:

"Add the following directory to a new Windows System environment variable called
CLASS="USERINPUT">PHPRC: c:\php."

What should the variable be called?
