Weird Scheduled Task Issue

The scheduled task is set up as described in the documentation. It seems to work every other 5 minutes. Here is a snippet from the SchedLgU log file:

"Cacti.job" (php.exe)
Started 3/12/2008 12:40:00 PM
"Cacti.job" (php.exe)
Finished 3/12/2008 12:40:28 PM
Result: The task completed with an exit code of (0).
"Cacti.job" (php.exe) 3/12/2008 12:45:00 PM ** ERROR **
The attempt to log on to the account associated with the task failed, therefore, the task did not run.
Verify that the task's Run-as name and password are valid and try again.

I have tried to search these forums for the problem, but did not find anything. Any help would be appreciated.

Hmm weird. Whats it's error code? You looked it up on google? Is it a domain or local account?

Maybe try deleting and re-creating the cacti scheduled task.

No error code is associated with the error. I tried deleting and readding the task. The same thing results: success, then failure....

Sounds like you've got other underlaying issues with your Windows install, thus not cacti related.

Time to start Googling for solutions.
