SNMP error results when creating host

I get this when I create a host, but my SNMP is configured.. any ideas? I have had nothing but problems getting Cacti to work and I dont understand where the root problem lays. I have no other problems running php based pages on my webserver

WHich SNMPD is configured? The local one or the remote one?

Definitely the remote host's snmpd.conf files is not completely done.
