Guys,
I'm trying to use this template and ran into some issues.
It only dispays the graphs for 'Poller Statistics - Runtime', all other graphs won't graph anything.
I imported the xml just fine and placed the php script in the right place.
I'm running it on a debian etch install (installed it from the repo, apt-get install cacti):
and this is what I see in the logs:
I retried the same procedure on another box with the same problem.
Any ideas?

I'm running on debian etch as well... but with a localized install of Cacti, not the debian package. I'm running 0.8.7d.
Here's an example of the output from this template:
I tried running this php script directly from the command line but ended up with this:
So, unfortunately I don't know how to run this via command line to try and debug the problem. Perhaps Gandalf has a better way to troubleshoot this issue.
Try kicking up the log verbosity perhaps?
Here's an example of the output from this template:
Code: Select all

You should be able to run it like this:
On mine, no matter what parameter I give it (ss_poller/ss_poller_items/ss_recache), it returns the same output:
/usr/bin/php /usr/share/cacti/site/scripts/ss_poller.php ss_poller_items OR
/usr/bin/php /usr/share/cacti/site/scripts/ss_poller.php ss_poller
/usr/bin/php /usr/share/cacti/site/scripts/ss_poller.php ss_recache
Anyone?
Code: Select all
/usr/bin/php /usr/share/cacti/site/scripts/ss_poller.php
/usr/bin/php /usr/share/cacti/site/scripts/ss_poller.php ss_poller_items OR
/usr/bin/php /usr/share/cacti/site/scripts/ss_poller.php ss_poller
/usr/bin/php /usr/share/cacti/site/scripts/ss_poller.php ss_recache
Code: Select all
Time:1.0391 Method:cmd.php Processes:1 Threads:N/A Hosts:3 HostsPerProcess:3 DataSources:18 RRDsProcessed:13
snmp:10 script:7 script_server:1
RecacheTime:3.9912 HostsRecached:1
If you want to test/debug this script from the command line, you need to use the script server.
