Thold 0.3.9 / Cacti 0.8.7b / PLA 2.0

I was wondering if someone is getting email alerts working ? because for me it look like something is broken (thresholds are working only email alert is not).

If i add 'Extra Alert Emails' when i create a Threshold i receive email but if i don't do that it don't get the email from setting.

Also the 'Notify accounts' is empty, it should get the email from settings ?

When i check the database the following tables are empty : plugin_thold_contacts and plugin_thold_threshold_contact.

If i had value to thoses tables, linked to a created threshold i get email.

Any ideas ?
