Blank new Graph and no new Thresholds after migration

Hi community,

Before explain my problem, I'm a french user of cacti between few years.
Well, i haven't a very good English.

I search the forum for my problem, but for the first time I have to post a topic...

I Running cacti 0.8.7a on windows.

I had a crash disk:
- I restored the OS
- I installed apache/php/net-snmp/mysql
- I restored cacti files (rra)
- I restored the mysql database

I run the poller, and all run like a charm: graph ok, Thresholds ok, no bug, no error (cacti, snmp, mysql, rrdtool).

But today, i want to create a new graph whith a template existing in my configuration. the graph is created but blank...!!!

I would create a new thresholds, the template is created.
When I click "Auto Create thresholds " in the device page:
Cati says: "thresholds created" but in the thresholds tabs no thresholds is
created... !!! I have do this operation many time whith the same result.

When i think my problem i can't create anything new in cacti.

Have you any ideas ?! thanks!

1) not a windows problem, moving.

2) install cacti 0.8.7b.

It's easy to say that.

I've run by the past cacti in many platform, and I've read a lot of post in this forum for take a solution for my problem.

my problem is for all new item created in cacti (graph, threshold ...) and the response "upgrade for the last version" is not a valid response because my situation can't be resolved by a security update.

for my first topic in the community, i'm happy. and thank you for your help.
