Visual Fix for CACTI Graphs View Interface(list,preview)

Because I have quite large Cacti instance(0.8.7.a) with a lot of Devices and Graph/Data Templates I am using very often List View and Preview View Graph Pages:

http://xxxxx/cacti/graph_view.php?action=list
http://xxxxx/cacti/graph_view.php?action=preview

In both modes you can select Host and/or Graph Template to view.
_but_ when you select some device and then want to select Graph Template you will see _all_ Graph templates in the System and not Graph templates for this device.
Same goes otherway, when you select some Graph Template and then want to select some device/host you will see _all_ devices in the system and not devices with this Graph Template.

I don't know if this bug or intension, but I've fixed this. Now after you select device you'll see only Graph Templates which exist for this device and vice versa.

I'll post patch later here.

To Developers: This is bug or not ? If yes I'll create Bug report.
