Windows- X in Graphs but data is tracking

I have cacti set up and the servers are tracking but I am getting the dreaded red x in the image area. The font and description is thier, just not the graph.

Running on a windows 2003 server op system.

I'm having a simliar problem, let me know if you figure it out -- I am getting RRD files, it is polling, it recognizes devices via SNMP. I've set full permissions, but no graphs, and stream errors ..
