You can't, this is a limitation of Net-SNMP.

It only addresses physical interfaces, not virtual.

If you search around the forums, many people have asked this question and some have come up with interesting alternatives.

Hi,

I have a quite similar problem on a Linux server with Cacti installed and some interfaces (eth0.1, eth0.100 etc.) up. It only sees traffic from eth0.10, but not from eth0.100.

How can I fix this problem?

Thanks a lot

Hi

if running snmpwalk again the iftable table does not return these aliases, you can write a script which will return traffic usage (see the HowTo in my signature).
