CDEF to total ALL_DATA_SOURCES_NODUPS for current Month

Post by sneak147 »

Hi,

Im new to playing with CDEFs like 1 hour..

but I would like to display the total amount of
mail for that month in a GPRINT

I collect a daily figure ant that plots all fine..

would this be possible to do with a CDEF?

I know I would use the TIME, function and compare it to the epoc result I get from date -d "`date +%Y%m`" +%s and SUM up the datasources which match.. but have no Idea howto put all together..

any help appciated...?

See e.g. the Graph Template named Interface - Traffic (bits/sec, Total Bandwidth)

Not sure. It's not maintained officially. But chances are quite good that it still works, perhaps the patch applies it with some offset.
