I think the Windows install documentation is good for the most part. I realize that my own Windows 2000 installation does not account for every else's setup.

What part(s) of the install documentation could use more work now in your opinion?

I am currently running almost the exact same versions of software that you have, and I got cacti working under both Apache and IIS.

Did you ever get your 'variables error' fixed?

Also, on that note, I just received a modified INSTAL-WIN32.htm file from a very generous user. I will have to test it out before releasing it though.

Thanks, I look forward to your input.

I don't mean to be disrespectful or not grateful but the directions for Windows are not the best. I've tried for the past three days to get this product to work on two different systems but I'm at the point that I might give up.

If you could send me the modified instructions I'd try that or if anyone else I'd be grateful.

I believe this is one of the better products but I can't seem to get other these problems.

The SNMP agent built into Win2k isn't going to provide you with the OID querying capabilities of Net-SNMP.

Specifically, what problems are you experiencing ?
