Threshold 3.8 no work on cacti 0.8.7a

Cacti Version - 0.8.7a
Plugin Architecture - 1.4
Poller Type - SPINE 0.8.7b
Server Info - redhat as4 u4
Web Server - Apache/2.2.4
PHP - 5.2.5
Threshold: .3.8

I use test mail view error
