Hi.
At installation writes a following problem [NOT FOUND] Binary Path
FreeBSD 6.2
Apache 2
PHP 5.2.1
MySQL 4.1.22
But all binary are present

This may depend on execution permissions for the httpd user or some httpd.conf or even php.ini security options
