Sounds more like a Spine problem now.

Switch back to the cmd.php poller. Do you still get the same problems?

weird.

i changed it to cmd.php and it lost about 90% of my cisco routers...although it did add one windows device,..the xp device but not the 2003 servers.

i have set cmd.php to do 10 concurrent requests...

i'll have to revert to spine if it doesn't work with the cisco routers.

i changed it back to spine and increased the Maximum Concurrent Poller Processes to 10 and the The Maximum SNMP OID's Per SNMP Get Request to 25.

Now the devices are appearing as "UP". That is good although I still can't perform the data queries. Looking positive though as we may be narrowing it down and down.

This data query returned 0 rows, perhaps there was a problem executing this data query. You can run this data query in debug mode to get more information.

This is the debug output:

Hi,

I had the same problem after moving the cacti database to a dedicated mysqldb box. I had the error message

Warning: Missing argument 9 for cacti_snmp_walk(), called in /var/www/html/plugins/tools/tools.php on line 120 and defined in /var/www/html/lib/snmp.php on line 225

For any snmp enabled device both windows and linux. For some reason snmptrapd had not started on boot after running command

> service snmptrapd start

All snmp queries worked, maybe related to your issue...

Paul
