[SOLVED] Graphs not showing in Tree but works on "Viewi

Hi,

i appologize if this question has been asked earlier, but I'm kinda new to Cacti and didn't find this particular question in the FAQ.

I got a problem with graphs not showing. However this is only in the main Graph Tree. I have a broken link there, but if I click on that one I get the graphs up just fine. (I'm monitoring traffic so I got Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly graphs).

Also "Zoom Graph" doesn't work.

How can I fix this?

I run Cacti 0.8.7a on Solaris 10.

The first one may be related to a font issue. Did you select any specific font? What is shown, when you visit that very graph from Graph Management and switch to debug mode?
The second issue may be a browser issue

I have selected a font:
/opt/csw/share/rrdtool/fonts/DejaVuSansMono-Roman.ttf

However I have not restarted Cacti or anything after I did that.

Do I need to do anything else to activate it?

When I go to that graph in Graph Management it's working now.

That file is existing and shown in the DEBUG rrdtool graph statement at Graph Management, correct?
Still issues with trees?
Same issues in preview mode?

It was the RRDTool Utility Version that was wrong.

I just didn't see that it was set to 1.0 instead of 1.2.

Hello,

I got a same problem with graphs not showing.
My Cacti's version is 0.8.7a and RRDTOOL's version 1.2.5

Could you help me to find a solution !!!

See "Settings -> RRDTool Utility Version". BTB: 1.2.5 is way old and buggy. You really should upgrade, at least to 1.2.23
