[SOLVED] can't get Alert mail...

hello All.

I've been configuring Thold but I still can't get Alert mail !!
I already read another Topics and tried every solutions...

1,I could get test mail from Mail/DNS tab.
2,I set email address in useraccount
3,The email above is selected at Thold templates

I think I'm missin some configurations...

can anyone help ???

I forgot to set a windows accout password
