The path to Spine binary

I have cacti 0.8.7a installed on freeBSD 6.2
I have the following error at the cacti settings under paths -> Spine Poller File Path

what spine does it mean and what's the correct path ?

Hi cc,
Spine is a C based poller (much faster than cmd.php poller). If you have it installed (I guess no if you don't know what it is), you have to set the path oh spine's binary in settings>path. If not, you have to select cmd.php poller in settings>poller>poller type.
