My organization has some HP printets (LaserJet 1300, LaserJet 1320, LaserJet 2420) which connected to WinXP hosts.
Can I monitor printers (number of printed pages) without intall any additional software on WinXP hosts?

1) search the forum, there are many HP scripts/templates.
2) If you plan on using cacti to monitor the printers, then you WILL need to install extra software. Read the installation guide in my signature.
