[SOLVED] Unable to access cacti web after plugin arch instal

[Argh]

Using Cacti 0.8.7a on Windows 2003 with Apache 2.2.6. Cacti was working perfectly until I install the PIA (1.4). Now it won't render the web page. I changed the global.php to reflect my correct path as well.

Permissions problem with the new files. Re-applied permissions and all is fine.
