Graph Tree missing from Menu

Hi,

I havce just upgraded from 0.8.3 to 0.8.5 but the Graph Tree item is missing from the menu. How can I get it back?

I believe a new authentication realm was added between these two versions related to the graph tree. This should have been handled during the upgrade, but perhaps that didn't work. Just go into "User Management", select your user, and make sure "Update Graph Trees" is checked in the "Realm Permissions" box.
