Newbie: Nagios Plugins

Hi Folks,
I am using Nagios for monitoring different services on 100+ hosts and now wondering if I can integrate Nagios with Cacti to get performance reports of the servers itself in terms of

I/O
Memory
Processor/s

Can some one please advise me if there is a plugin available for Nagios and how to integrate it with Cacti using this plugin? Any relevant documentation and web links are highly appreciated please.
