So you just have to configure the SNMP agent on you Windows server (check the "Security tab", to allow the IP address of your Cacti server), and then add a device using the "Windows 2000/XP Host" host template.

You need an SNMP agent.

Windows provides one, as for many Unix flavours.

It's located in the Cacti root.
