linking/displaying graphs from other websites

Post by adrian.jfl »

Hi,

I'm trying to use the image location of the graphs to display
them on other websites (outside cacti) but they just get
directed to the login page.

Is there anyway I can manipulate the URL to pass the
username and password with the graph ID number or
something else I can do to be able to make certain graphs
publically viewable ?

Thanks,
Adrian.

If using cacti 0.8.7, then you must turn on the guest account for viewing, so no user/pass is required.

Hi,

I have version 0.8.7a.
Can you please describe how to do this or
point me to some documentation.

I wish to only make some graph trees public
and other ones (about our internal network)
private.

Thanks,
Adrian.

Hi

go to Settings -> Authentication -> Guest User, and select the user which will act as a "guest".
