Monitor 0.8.1 Problem with Adding new Devices.

I've run into an Issue with the Monitor 0.8.1 plugin. I have it running on a test server (windows 2003) with no problem. When attempting to install it on the Production server, it seems to be working fine until I try to add a new device. As long as the Monitor Plugin is enabled I always get a Failed to Save error when trying to add a new device. Disable the monitor Plugin and it adds the device fine. After which I can enable monitor and it will monitor the device.

Has anyone else seen this error before? Thinking that it may be a web file issue. I copied the complete test server Cacti directory over, swapped it with prod... and Still no go... same issue.

Any help would be Appreciated.
