Error Opening File , No such file or directory Problems

Dear All:
I am new to CACTI, I am not able to view any graph, and find much of error log from apache. What's wrong with CACTI?

Paths and filenames in unix/linux are case sensitive. I am guessing that your cacti install is "/home/www/cacti"?

No, It is correct, I use upper case.
Any useful solution?

Check permissions for '/HOME/WWW/CACTI/rra/' directory.
That seems cacti can not create files there.
