We run a pool of two memcache servers that each have two instances of memcached running on different ports (11211 and 11212) - to get around the 2gb process limit on 32bit linux.
I've tried both the dealnews and teMysql stuff, and while they do provide useful information, I'm having a hard time getting them to work with stuff run on multiple ports. I copied the data input method so, I've got one that points to 11211 and one that points to 11212. I've made copies of the data templates so I've to a set that points at 11211 and a separate set that points at 11212. But invariably, when I go to create new graphs, I end up with multiple RRD files that all have the same data in them usually pointing at the default memcache port.
I'm a cacti noob, so, admittedly, I'm probably not being thorough enough about how I'm doing things.
Does anyone have a good set up templates for graphing data from pools of memcache servers? Or servers where multiple instances memcache are run on multiple ports?

statstics for pools of memcached servers?

The only change I made to the data collection script was the ability to accept another argument for the port number.
