THOLD error

I just upgraded from 0.8.6j to 0.8.7 including PIA 1.3 & THOLD 0.3.8. When I go to the THOLD tab I get the following error:

"You are missing a dependency for thold, please install the 'Settings' plugin."

I can't find anything about this. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Cacti Version 0.8.7
Cacti OS win32
SNMP Version net-snmp
RRDTool Version RRDTool 1.2.x
PHP Version 5.2.0

Download the settings plugin from cactiusers.org download page. This plugin is required for the new version of THOLD to work.

Once I found where to download it from it installed fine. Now on to other challenges with the upgrade of 0.8.7.
