[SOLVED] Problens with Reportit 0.51

I am having problems in Reportit 0.51

I am with cacti 0.87.

Add a report templates, more when I add a report "Report Configurations," he tells me that the following message:
There are no templates available.

Edit your template configuration and uncheck "locked".

I did as follows and I am getting "permission denied"

1. Create the template
2. Report configuration --> add --> Save --> "permission denied"

Check /cacti/plugins/reportit and it was 777 and own by cactiuser.

Do I need some kind of permission on Mysql?
