THold 0.3.6, 0.3.7, 0.3.8 - Email Alerts NOT working

Have all the latest updates. Thresholds/Dead hosts are triggered, but no emails are sent. The test email in the mail/dns tab works fine. Settings are configured to use SMTP.

Also tried 0.3.8, which I see was just released today. Still no luck...

When running the poller manually, I do see the following:

Checking Threshold : "SomeThreshold"
Data Source : traffic_in went above threshold of 50 with 62.8
ERROR: Required header \'To\' is not defined

Having the same problem. I think it started since i've upgraded to Cacti 0.8.7 and thold 0.3.7.
Threshold is triggerd(red color like on the screenshot above), but no email is being send. The test email in the mail/dns tab also works fine.

I am getting triggered updates tho . Just not the reports I have created.

I added an email address to the Administrator user, chose it in the thold template and it works fine now. I suggest you guys try this as well.

erm... Can any one tell me How Netadmin got HOSTS column in THold Tab? I've no such column to track my hosts UP and DOWN.
