Little bug found in poller cache

The "Clear Poller Cache" function doesn't clean correctly the
"data_input_data_fcache" table.

I've found only these lines in lib/utility.php :

But, when a data source is destroyed,
the "data_input_data_fcache" table is never cleaned.

To find rows unused in `data_input_data_fcache` table :

Good catch. I fixed the orphans in both data_sources.php and lib/utility.php.
